Working with children and families since 1991, Gregin has an extensive background in the behavioral health field. She is one of the co-founders of S.M.A.R.T. Family and Child services and has worked extensively with parents seeking to regain custody of their children placed within the foster care system. Gregin also spent 12 years as a therapeutic foster parent, living day and night with some of the most hard-to-place youth within the Maine DHHS system. She has spent much of the past decade as a training coordinator for a mental health agency in Southern Maine, supporting staff, clients and students in a variety of difficult settings. Gregin feels that the key to behavioral changes comes from mindful strategies that focus on the often overlooked opportunities that are within reach for all of us.

Over much of the past decade Alex has served in leadership roles, overseeing programs for children with special needs both in the home and school settings. Prior to developing Spark, Alex coordinated a Special Purpose private school in southern Maine providing crisis support and behavioral intervention for students with significant behavioral needs. Having provided hundreds of trainings, Alex strongly believes that consistently emphasized staff development and appreciation is the cornerstone upon which a company’s success is built.

With nearly a decade of experience within the behavioral health field, Bobbi has held leadership roles and supported individuals and families across a wide variety of settings, from crisis level facilities and intensive day treatment services, to after school and specialized education programs. During this time Bobbi has discovered a passion for working on a broader scale, recognizing program and staff development as powerful tools which directly impact the success of the individuals in her programs. Bobbi believes that by empowering staff, providing them with tools to feel better equipped, and helping them experience their own "ah-ha!" moments in trainings, staff can have the opportunity to re-ignite their passion and purpose for why they do the important work that they do.
